BT back?
BT is back and is grabbing a lot of attention on its way as it tries very hard to compete and probably rise above some of the Biggies in technology here. The first news that they have delivered is that the telecoms company has apparently developed a touch screen system much like the iPad which the company is aiming to be used as an alternative to using the mobile phone at home. Therefore this will almost be like using a touch screen device at home instead of the traditional landline phone that everybody has got so bored of. BT is supposed to bring in the product to the market sometimes next year and let us not mislead you to think that this is all that the company is now offering its customers on its comeback.
The other news that they have announced as a company is something that might attract even more attention than the previous one in most sectors- the fact that they are going to bring on-demand gaming to the homes of their customers. This means that people can play all the latest games and releases that they want to play, whenever they want to play and one doesn’t even have to own any kind of new gaming console such as the Xbox360 or even the PlayStation3 to be able to play these latest games ( which are usually compatible with only these latest advanced gaming consoles). All one needs to be able to play these games on- demand is the internet connection to access the games through BT and of course some kind of a gaming controller that they can use with the television.

The retail section of BT has been suffering for a long time as calls and landline numbers have been hardly made and used by their customers and after years of being on the decline both these announcements have been made by the company in an attempt to secure their previous standing with their customers. The company has however not yet revealed any of the details about the touch screen device that they have developed, what hardware company they are associated with and the exact features, however the announcement itself has turned a lot of heads for good reason.
