Lenovo might be sitting on a potential hit?
Lenovo has recently just released their X100e which is actually ideal for anybody who is looking for something just in between a proper laptop and a notebook, at least size wise. Not only that, but another great thing about this model is that among the other Thinkpads that Lenovo has come out with, this one is priced the lowest. It has the same qualities that all the other Lenovo models are so well known for, great features and attention to close details that makes such a portable computer extremely user friendly. This Thinkpad is therefore ideal for business related usages as well as bought for personal purposes as a consumer product.
This model comes with an 11.6 inches wide screen which makes it slightly wider than a notebook and yet almost the size of the usual laptop even if not quite there. The price tag that the model has been released with now, even though it was announced in January is 458 pounds which is low compared to what the other Thinkpads are available for. However you need not be deceived by the low rates but you can be assured that the laptop is very well and strong built and is also stylish to look at and not only that, Lenovo has also put into this model all those other features that they usually include in their models which gives them the high price. Intrigued enough?

This X100e series of Thinkpads is now available in four different models out of which one comes in red while the others are all in black. The four models however have different features and varied specifications, although one of these has specifications that makes it almost the same as a Notebook with a 1GB memory, 160 GB Hard drive and other such features, yet there is no presence of a DVD drive. However the system of this series of Thinkpads is definitely more capable of handling video content and other applications than any other Notebook and the main reason for this is because of the 1,366 x 768 resolution and the 11.6 inches screen primarily.
Even as far as the overall quality of the models are concerned, they look strong and well built and even the keyboard have neatly well spaced keys that give a feel of great usability. So, well done Lenovo?
