The O2 Joggler might truly be one of the worst decisions that O2 has made and if you purchase this for your family then you might be making quite a mistake too, especially given the fact that this device comes in handy only in very few and rare situations which you might never find yourself in. What the company had planned for this device as they have proclaimed is that this Joggler should play the purpose of the usual Fridge door, which means that you can keep this in your kitchen and help all the members of your family keep track of each other and function in a more organized way. So this Joggler is supposed to more of an organizer that can keep a calendar with dates as well as send text messages and it even allows a limited use of the internet only to sites that the whole family can view!

As far as what it looks like is concerned, it does have an elegant look to it but it is more like a bigger iPhone which results in the fact that you can’t really carry it anywhere outside the house, so you will actually have to end up keeping it placed in your kitchen itself and it is going to be more or less immobile. Where its functions come in to play, this would be really useful for the Von Trapp family no doubt with all those kids to manage altogether and different schedules to remember, but in an ordinary family of four, this kind of a device will actually prove to be quite a burden. Text messages one can send from their own mobile phones and they will need to own one since this device cannot be carried out anyway. For maintaining schedules or to leave notes, it is literally more easy to just leave a note for your kids or the kids can leave one for their parents.

If a family needs to organize themselves and maintain schedules and keep tabs on each other, there are better devices such as a notebook or a laptop that has way more functions to help them out instead of investing in something like the Joggler that has only these limited functions which are anyway not worthwhile enough for a small family. So this one is definitely one of those bad business decisions that O2 has made, but gives you no reason to go along with it.
