Building upon the feature that displays emergency numbers during relevant search results, Google has added click-to-call functionality to its mobile search pages. This means that if a user performs a search for poison control, suicide prevention, or other emergencies, relevant phone numbers will be displayed at the top of the of the search page. The user can then simply click to dial the phone number directly, saving time and making it easier to reach the emergency help. The feature is available now to users in 14 countries.
